Overview
Song Slides exists to help churches convert hymn and song lyrics to slides quickly. We gather only the signals required to keep the service running, improve reliability, and support users when they reach out.
What we collect
- Usage analytics. Google Analytics captures anonymized metrics about page views, export choices, device types, and navigation paths. We do not collect names, email addresses, lyrics content, or slide files.
- Crash and performance data. Diagnostics help us troubleshoot errors, watch response times, and keep infrastructure healthy.
- Voluntary contact info. Emails you send to our support inboxes include whatever details you choose to share so we can respond effectively.
Pasted and imported lyrics are processed temporarily to render a first-slide preview or a complete export. Custom previews stay in your browser and have no public cache URL. Render files and temporary renderer profiles are removed after each job; abandoned files are removed within the cleanup window when the service runs. Downloaded decks remain on your device unless you share them.
How we use your data
