The Old Hundredth Doxology, written by Thomas Ken in 1674 as the concluding stanza of his morning and evening hymns. It is among the most widely sung four-line verses in Protestant worship.

Praise God, from whom
all blessings flow;
praise him, all creatures
here below;

praise him above,
ye heavenly host;
praise Father,
Son, and Holy Ghost.
Amen.
